Section 8 Notice

“The Marinette County Housing Authority has expended all Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher funding allocated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for this fiscal year. As such, we will no longer accept new applications for the Section 8 program beginning July 1, 2025, until further notice. Please be advised that the waitlist closure is temporary and contingent upon future funding availability. We anticipate reopening the waitlist in January 2026, pending the level of funding awarded to the Housing Authority.”
